Why those amounts
C's 100 goes to B, less the 10% fee: $90.
C's 500 goes two levels up to A, less 10%: $450.
B's 100 goes to A, less 10%: $90. A receives 450 + 90 = $540.
The 77 order is not a gift level, so it pays nothing.
