VitaNova ran a self-hosted licence product. Monthly runs took six hours, failed often, and every plan tweak was a paid change request.
What we did
Mapped their Binary + Unilevel rules in the plan builder, imported genealogy and wallets in a dry run, and ran one cycle in parallel. Differences were traced to undocumented manual adjustments in the old system.
Result
Live on members.vitanova.com in 19 hours after sign-off. Runs complete in four minutes with a full audit trail. Autoship rate rose from 52 to 61 percent after enabling reminders.
