What migrates
Members and profiles, sponsor and placement trees, rank history, wallet balances, orders and volume history, commission history, products, KYC status and autoship subscriptions. Anything that affects future payouts or that members expect to see in their history.
Exports by source
- Infinite MLM: admin CSV exports for users, genealogy, e-wallet, orders; or a database dump
- Cloud MLM: Laravel database dump, or CSV from the reports module
- Exigo: SQL access or API extracts for customers, orders, volumes and commission runs
- Custom or spreadsheets: our template CSVs with validation
Plan mapping
Your existing rules are rebuilt in the DIRSL plan builder. We then run last month's imported data through the engine and compare against what you actually paid. Differences are usually rounding, undocumented manual adjustments, or bugs in the old system; each one is explained before cut-over.
Parallel run
For one full cycle, both systems compute payouts. You pay from the old system; we show the DIRSL result side by side. This is where confidence comes from.
Cut-over
Final delta import of the days since the dry run, DNS switch to your custom domain, and password-reset links to all members. Members keep their IDs, ranks and balances. Downtime is zero; the old system goes read-only.
Cost and timing
Migration is free on Growth and Enterprise tiers and a one-time fee on Launch. Typical timeline is five days for clean data, longer where history must be reconstructed.
